Refund policy

Our Policy Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been opened, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Eligible Returns We accept returns only on items that are:
  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at TheLegacyCollectionhb@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval before sending anything back
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened hair bundles or closures
  • Hair care products (edge control, mousse, oils, etc.)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned after 7 days
