Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 color bundles 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days
Shipping Costs
  • Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100
  • Standard shipping under $100: calculated at checkout
  • Expedited shipping: calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages The Legacy Collection is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
